Just 40 km south of Santiago, our Quelen Fruits walnut plant is found in a strategic location that allows easy access to visit growers farms and the main shipping ports, as most of them are located in this very Region or neighboring ones, such as Libertador Bernardo O´Higgins or Valparaiso.

Built on a 25,000 m2 lot, the plant has a constructed surface area of 9,200 m2.

At Quelen Fruits, we are capable of storing up to 6,250 tons of premium quality Chilean walnuts.

We employ cutting-edge technology for both shelled and inshell walnuts.

• For inshell walnuts, we use the Wizard brand for sizing and bagging, providing us with a processing capacity of 3,402 tons/month.
• When it comes to the mechanical cracking of the walnuts, we use the Jessee brand, which provides a processing capacity of 336 tons/month.
• For shelled walnuts, we use the renowned Tomra brand for electronic sorting, which serves up 756 tons/month of processing capacity.
• Finally, for manual selection, we use Bigtem, which provides a processing capacity of 454 tons/month.
